Sleeps 3 (+2 with use of a Sofa Bed in the sitting room)

There is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting  room (with a sofa bed). There is a double bedroom, single bedroom and a large wet  room. 

Mawr has oil central heating and has an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, TV (free sat), DVD player and CD/radio and shares use of a freezer with Bach.

Mawr also has a patio area with garden furniture.

Mawr and Bach share a laundry room (with washing machine and tumble drier) and there is also garage space available for each cottage. In addition there is a separate large wet room and toilet next to the laundry room, which may be used by guests. A travel cot and high chair can be available with prior arrangement.

Dogs:

One well behaved dog is welcome with prior arrangement for each, but please be aware this is a sheep farming area. No dogs allowed from March until the end of May due to the many ewes lambing in the area. There will be a charge of £10 for the dog.
